Every Erdel app is built around your business (your booking flow, your loyalty rules, your branding, your integrations). That's design and engineering work, and we charge for it once up front rather than burying it inside a higher monthly fee that scales with usage. The monthly support fee after launch covers hosting, monitoring, App Store presence, and a fair amount of ongoing changes.
Hosting on our infrastructure, uptime monitoring, security updates, backups, App Store and Play Store maintenance (listed under your brand, managed by us), and a baseline of small changes each month: copy tweaks, image swaps, minor adjustments. Larger feature work is quoted separately so it stays transparent.
Your plan includes up to 5 staff members. Adding more is no problem. We'll just scope it together as part of your consultation. Either way, there are no surprise per-seat fees creeping up every month: you'll always know exactly what you're paying for.
Most Erdel apps go from discovery to App Store in 10 to 16 weeks, depending on platform count (iOS only, both stores) and the depth of features you need. We work in weekly slices, so you see progress every Friday, and the timeline is locked in during the consultation.
