Butterfly Comfort was running an entire babysitting agency through WhatsApp, with no website at all. Everything was managed manually by the owner, which made a growing agency hard to keep on top of: bookings, babysitter coordination, and keeping parents informed were all happening by hand.
We built Butterfly Comfort both a website from scratch and a fully functional app. The app lets parents book vetted, reliable babysitters, track a sitter's arrival and live location while they're out, and stay up to date with their child's to-do list and completed tasks in real time. There's a built-in chat so parents and sitters can check in with each other, and sitters can manage their own availability directly in the app. The agency's five babysitters now run everything through the one app, with booking, tasks, communication and scheduling all in a single place.
What used to be juggled manually over WhatsApp now runs itself through one app. The owner no longer has to coordinate every detail by hand. The app handles booking, task management, sitter availability and parent communication, so she can simply make sure everything's running smoothly while the platform does the heavy lifting. It's brought reliability and peace of mind to parents, sitters, and the business owner alike.
